Environmental Policy

At texwork, we firmly believe that we all share responsibility for the future of our planet and the well-being of future generations. If each of us makes a small contribution, together we can make a substantial difference and live up to our responsibility. Therefore, environmentally oriented management is part of our corporate policy. The following guidelines form the basis for our environmentally oriented actions:

Responsibility

The protection of the environment is a continuous process. The definition, implementation and control of the actions are part of the management's responsibility. All managers shall promote understanding, openness, and a shared sense of responsibility among employees to lay the foundations for the practical implementation of these criteria and monitor compliance. However, all employees are responsible in their areas for achieving the goals of this policy and are welcome to make their own proposals.

Communication

This environmental policy is available at texwork.com. All employees shall undergo internal training to create an ecological understanding and ensure compliance with the applicable environmental laws and regulations, as well as with this environmental policy. Furthermore, employees will be informed of any updates or revisions via e-mail and/or team meetings.

We maintain a trusting dialog on all sides, especially with our customers and suppliers, in order to address these topics collaboratively.
